Le Carr\u00e9 de Soie, en effet, est un projet de mutation urbaine d\u2019un important secteur situ\u00e9 sur les villes de Villeurbanne et de Vaulx-en-Velin. Un projet visant notamment \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un p\u00f4le tertiaire d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration. Dot\u00e9 de 25 places de parking, le Silk 2.0 (quelque 3 300 m2 sur 3 niveaux) est certifi\u00e9 BREEAM Good et respecte la RT 2012.
