En mai, la signature d\u2019un bail de 1 033 m\u00b2 avec Cegid a en effet permis d\u2019achever la commercialisation de l\u2019immeuble Cyberplace \u00e0 Rennes, une VEFA acquise en blanc en 2021 aupr\u00e8s de NGE Immobilier pour 20,8 M\u20ac et livr\u00e9e fin 2023.
