Ce changement de statut, adopt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 par l\u2019assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale mixte, accompagne l\u2019\u00e9volution du march\u00e9 et de la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise.<br \/>\nPhilippe Rosio a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration pour toute la dur\u00e9e de son mandat d\u2019administrateur.
