{"id":1373,"date":"2015-09-17T05:52:00","date_gmt":"2015-09-17T03:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nostromo.fr\/Inea\/?p=1373"},"modified":"2022-06-16T13:52:05","modified_gmt":"2022-06-16T11:52:05","slug":"inauguration-de-limmeuble-marseille-docks-libres","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nostromo.fr\/Inea\/inauguration-de-limmeuble-marseille-docks-libres\/","title":{"rendered":"Inauguration de l\u2019immeuble Marseille Docks Libres"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>C\u2019est sous un beau soleil que le S\u00e9nateur-Maire de Marseille, Jean-Claude Gaudin, a coup\u00e9 le 9 juillet dernier le ruban d\u2019inauguration de notre immeuble de bureaux, <em>Marseille Docks Libres<\/em>, en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019Alain Dinin, Pr\u00e9sident-Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Nexity, et Arline Gaujal-Kempler, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral D\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 de Fonci\u00e8re INEA.<\/p>\n<p>Au pr\u00e9alable, Alain Dinin avait \u00a0expos\u00e9 aux nombreux journalistes pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement les d\u00e9tails de l\u2019ambitieuse r\u00e9novation du quartier des Docks Libres\u00a0: en plus de notre immeuble de bureaux nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, il accueillera \u00e0 terme 1 265 logements, une cr\u00e8che et un foyer d\u2019\u00e9tudiants, des jardins partag\u00e9s et des commerces, le tout sur une emprise totale de 2.7 ha. Une r\u00e9habilitation lourde de ce quartier situ\u00e9 aux portes d\u2019Eurom\u00e9diterran\u00e9e et du centre-ville, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en plusieurs phases.<\/p>\n<p>Premier \u00e9difice livr\u00e9 dans ce nouveau quartier des Docks Libres, notre immeuble est le b\u00e2timent de bureaux en bois massif le plus haut de France avec ses six niveaux. Situ\u00e9 en bordure du projet le long du boulevard National, au pied du m\u00e9tro \u00e9ponyme, il affiche \u00e0 sa livraison une performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00ab\u00a0RT2012-38%\u00a0\u00bb, sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 l\u2019objectif fix\u00e9 lors de sa conception (RT2012-20%)\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p>Nexity a regroup\u00e9 ses 140 collaborateurs de la r\u00e9gion Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur dans les quatre \u00e9tages sup\u00e9rieurs de l\u2019immeuble\u00a0: ils t\u00e9moignaient d\u00e9j\u00e0, lors de l\u2019inauguration, du bien-\u00eatre ressenti dans l\u2019occupation des locaux gr\u00e2ce au mat\u00e9riau bois. Gageons qu\u2019ils sauront \u00e9galement appr\u00e9cier la terrasse filante am\u00e9nag\u00e9e au dernier \u00e9tage pour leur confort\u00a0!<\/p>\n<p><a
