Ainsi au 30 septembre 2020, 99% des loyers factur\u00e9s sur l\u2019exercice ont bien \u00e9t\u00e9 encaiss\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Ce niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9 du taux d\u2019encaissement refl\u00e8te la qualit\u00e9 de la base locative de Fonci\u00e8re INEA.<\/p>\n<p>En toute fin de trimestre, et donc sans impact sur le chiffre d\u2019affaires au 30 septembre 2020, Fonci\u00e8re INEA a enregistr\u00e9\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le 22 septembre la livraison de l\u2019immeuble de bureaux \u00ab\u00a0Citrus\u00a0\u00bb de 3.774 m\u00b2, dans le secteur de Basso Cambo \u00e0 Toulouse, qui constitue le premier ensemble tertiaire en structure bois massif de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration toulousaine\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>le 29 septembre celle de l\u2019immeuble de bureaux \u00ab\u00a0Tripolis\u00a0\u00bb, 3.365 m\u00b2 situ\u00e9s dans le secteur dynamique d\u2019Euralille II \u00e0 Lille\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li>enfin le 30 septembre, la cession de l\u2019immeuble \u00ab\u00a0Innovalia\u00a0\u00bb \u00e0 Lyon, un b\u00e2timent de bureaux de 2.167 m\u00b2 qu\u2019elle avait acquis en 2011.
