href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats traduisent une excellente performance op\u00e9rationnelle et l\u2019amplification de la cr\u00e9ation de valeur sur le consolid\u00e9 atteint 25,9 M\u20ac, en croissance de 13,8% sur 12 mois, et de 21% au regard du 30 juin 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette hausse est li\u00e9e principalement \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e en exploitation de 9 nouveaux immeubles au cours des douze derniers mois, qui ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 3,6 M\u20ac de revenus suppl\u00e9mentaires, l\u00e9g\u00e8rement compens\u00e9s par l\u2019impact n\u00e9gatif (-0,1 M\u20ac) des cessions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es en 2020 et 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est \u00e9galement due \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution positive des loyers \u00e0 p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre constant, qui progressent de 2,8% hors impact des franchises (et de 3,8% avec).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" immeubles livr\u00e9s fin 2020&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Vision&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 Strasbourg (5.235 m\u00b2) et \u00ab&nbsp;Au Bord de l\u2019Eau&nbsp;\u00bb \u00e0 Lille (2.962 m\u00b2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La signature de nouveaux baux a ainsi permis de compenser les d\u00e9parts de quelques locataires et de maintenir le taux d\u2019occupation financier stable \u00e0 91,7%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><br><strong><u>R\u00e9sultat net r\u00e9current par action (+5%)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>INEA a enregistr\u00e9 au premier semestre des d\u00e9penses exceptionnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 sa volont\u00e9 de r\u00e9pondre d\u00e8s \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent aux obligations r\u00e9glementaires (notamment ESEF et Dispositif Eco Energie Tertiaire) et \u00e0 l\u2019actualisation de sa feuille de route RSE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat net r\u00e9current d\u2019INEA s\u2019affiche ainsi en hausse de 5,5%, \u00e0 11,4 M\u20ac.
